The Light Room Experience is an immersive wellness experience designed to create space for rest, stillness, and reconnection. The Light System uses colored light, harmonious sound, and pulsed photonic frequencies to create an environment where you can simply settle in and receive. There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to get to. Rest comfortably in a recliner, quiet the outside world, and allow the experience to unfold. Each experience is unique. Some guests use their time for meditation, reflection, or intention setting, while others simply close their eyes and deeply rest. Choose the experience that feels right for you: 1 Hour — A beautiful introduction to the Light Room or a shorter experience for rest, reset, and integration. 2 Hours — An extended immersion with more spacious time to settle in, let go, and experience the Light Room at a deeper pace. Come as you are. Settle in. Let the light meet you there. The Light Room is designed as a quiet adult wellness environment for guests 18 and older. Guests under 18 require prior approval before scheduling.
